Local SEO Account Manager

Job Description

Veta Virtual is a digital marketing agency specializing in local SEO for the home services industry. As Local SEO Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of 8-10+ client accounts across HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, and landscaping sectors.

You will diagnose local search presence, build customized strategies, implement them, and report on results while building strong, trust-based relationships with business owners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client portfolio with onboarding calls, monthly check-ins, and strategy reviews
- Audit local search presence and build customized SEO strategies
- Optimize Google Business Profiles and implement on-site WordPress improvements
- Build and manage local citations and monitor rankings via BrightLocal, Whitespark, and Google Search Console
- Communicate directly with U.S. business owners and coordinate with the web design team

Requirements:
- 3-5+ years hands-on local SEO experience
- Google Business Profile optimization expertise
- WordPress experience
- Near-native English fluency (client-facing daily)
- Approximately 45 hours/week availability
- U.S. Eastern Time zone availability (starting at 7:30 AM ET)
- Reliable internet and professional remote setup

Nice-to-haves:
Home services industry familiarity, rank tracking tool experience, Google Local Services Ads knowledge, agency account management background, GA4/GSC reporting skills.
