Omniscient Digital is an organic growth agency that partners with ambitious B2B SaaS companies including SAP, Adobe, Loom, and Hotjar to turn SEO and content into measurable revenue growth engines.

We are seeking an Organic Growth Strategist who can drive real business results through SEO and content strategies, not just rankings and traffic metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own client account roadmaps and develop revenue-generating SEO strategies aligned with business outcomes
- Lead client engagements as the strategic quarterback, coordinating internal writers, editors, developers, and analysts
- Build strong relationships with marketing executives and C-suite stakeholders
- Develop analytics dashboards and attribution models that demonstrate clear ROI from organic channels
- Contribute to R&D initiatives and help test new service approaches and methodologies
- Deliver foundational and innovative client work at consistently high quality

Time Allocation:
- 40% strategy research, SEO audits, and roadmap development
- 30% client-facing activities and stakeholder communication
- 15% skill development and experimentation with new approaches
- 15% internal team collaboration and knowledge sharing

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in organic growth, SEO, or content strategy
- Revenue-focused mindset with strong data analytics and reporting expertise
- Ability to present confidently to C-suite executives and demonstrate business impact
- Deep knowledge of technical SEO, content strategy, link building, and conversion optimization
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, experimental, and lean team environments
