SEO Manager

Job Description

Scorpion is the leading provider of technology and services helping local businesses thrive. As an SEO Manager (internally titled Ranking Strategist), you will partner with Account Managers and clients to improve organic search performance and deliver measurable results through SEO strategy guidance and implementation support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Direct communication with Account Managers and clients addressing concerns and ensuring product satisfaction
- Support revenue growth through effective upselling presentations
- Provide reactive SEO work to address client concerns and optimise performance
- Collaborate across teams to enhance product offerings and client success
- Contribute to strategic oversight of ranking plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of SEO and client-facing digital marketing experience
- Understanding of organic ranking strategies and SEO best practices
- Experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics and Search Console
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate recommendations to partners or clients
