SEO Specialist

Job Description

Top Position is a fast-paced digital marketing agency headquartered in Florida, focused on helping business owners achieve their financial and professional goals through digital optimization. We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to join our fully remote team.

This role requires a self-starter who can drive organic growth through technical SEO, on-page optimization, and local search strategies for a diverse portfolio of US clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for diverse client portfolios
- Conduct site audits and semantic core analysis to identify optimization opportunities
- Perform on-page optimization including title tags, meta descriptions, redirects, and internal linking structure
- Prepare detailed technical instructions and coordinate implementation with development teams
- Manage backlink outreach campaigns and respond to HARO queries
- Analyze performance using Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console
- Optimize Google Business Profile listings and local citations
- Monitor algorithm updates and adapt strategies accordingly

Required Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of digital marketing experience with a focus on SEO
- C1-level English proficiency with direct US market experience
- Expertise with Yelp, Google Business Profile, CRM systems, and WordPress or Elementor
- Proven track record of achieving TOP 10 and TOP 5 rankings on Google and Bing
- Basic knowledge of PPC optimization
- Self-starter mentality with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Work details include a schedule of 9 AM to 6 PM EST, bi-weekly USD salary payments, and a fully remote position with an international team.
